Analysis of and expert commentaries on final court decisions, including their publication in a specialized edition of the Institute or in other media.

Participation in the Legislative Process

Participation in legislative drafting activities by providing relevant legislative agencies with legal opinions on draft statutes and submission of tenders for the preparation of draft statutes.
