Persons who wish to gain Expert accreditation at ZanSar Institute undergo a thorough check for compliance with the high standards set for experts (expert witnesses).
Ethical and professional standards of expert conduct are regulated by the Code of Ethics with appropriate disciplinary liability.

Accreditation of Researchers
Lawyers who wish to eventually become accredited Experts may first be accredited as Researchers of the Institute. Researchers can work alongside Experts and gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience to subsequently become accredited Experts.
Accreditation of Expert Organizations
Legal entities (higher education institutions offering legal education or their departments, research institutes, expert organizations in various fields) can receive accreditation as an Expert Organization thereby getting the opportunity to work in their areas of expertise to prepare testimonies on various issues requiring expert opinion for arbitration courts, government bodies, agencies and departments, as well as other organizations.
